Shenzhen (Pingshan New District) Furniture Industry Headquarters Base

Background of the project:

On May 10, 2012, the Pingshan New District Management Committee came to the Association to initially communicate and connect the furniture industry park construction and industrial transformation and upgrading;

On August 8, 2012, the concept report of Shenzhen Furniture Headquarters Base was reported to Pingshan New District, and a preliminary consensus was reached;

On August 13, 2012, the relevant departments of Pingshan New District were connected to the specific problems of the project and the next steps;

On September 20, 2012, the Shenzhen Furniture Industry Council extended the meeting to report on the project and began to solicit opinions;

Spatial layout: one core, two axes, one ring and four belts

“One core” is the main core of services, including the new and old center of Pingshan;

“Two axes” is the axis of modern industrial development in the north and the humanistic creative life axis in the south;

“One Ring” means the urban public transportation pass;

The “four belts” are organic green belts that link the urban construction area with the ecological area.
