HD-513-1 Ring Pressure Tester Test Operation Method

The HD-513-1 Ring Pressure Tester can be used for a full range of tests with a wide range of materials. In terms of paper packaging materials, a variety of paper quality tests are performed, namely RCT, FCT, and side pressure. Five kinds of tests such as (ECT), adhesion (PAT) and general pressure resistance (CMT) are test equipment that combine multiple functions.

Ring pressure tester confirms before test:

1. Check whether the machine is connected to the power supply that meets the specifications.

2. Both hands need to be in contact with the test specimens with gloves;

3, confirm whether the machine is placed horizontally.

4. Because of the delay in the balance of the water, it will bring serious errors to the test. Therefore, before the sample is processed, the sample is placed in a relative humidity of 10% to 35% and the temperature is not higher than 40°C in the atmospheric condition for 24 hours.

1, wear gloves, first test whether the machine is powered, leakage, after power, press the power switch, the power light is on, the machine test program automatically opens;

2. Press the unit conversion button to select the unit of force when the tester presses the test sample. The default unit is kg;

3, start up and down button, you can press the high-speed key to increase the ascent, descent speed, confirm the machine under the pressure plate up, down the protective device is valid, and adjust the machine, according to the test piece, the pressure plate spacing;

4, test A (ring pressure)

(1) First determine the thickness of the ring pressure test specimen, and select the inner disk of the sample holder in the ring pressure center disk according to the thickness of the test specimen (Haida instruments have been prepared with various data of the inner disk, the unit is mm), carefully Insert the prepared sample into the sample holder and ensure it is inserted into the bottom;

(2) Place the test sample holder in the center of the lower platen with the sample ring opening towards the operator;

(3) Start the ring pressure/side pressure tester. Press the clear key first to reset the display to zero; press the peak key, then press the test key, and then press the up key to the machine to 12.5±2.5 Mm/min speed test.

(In the process of machine rising test, if there is any abnormal condition, press the stop button, and immediately notify the maintenance personnel of Kunshan Haida Instrument to carry out testing and repair after shutting off the power supply, and wait until the fault is removed before testing);

(4) When the test piece is pressed until it collapses, the power display value will be attenuated, and the machine will automatically stop running. At this time, the data displayed on the display is the maximum value of the test piece, and the value is recorded. Press the function key twice to save the maximum value. You can also press the print key to print the data.

(5) Press the clear key, and then press the down key to return the pressure plate to the position before the test; that is, the test is completed.

(6) Test the other groups of samples according to the above items 1 to 5 in sequence, and pre-record to obtain the average value of the same kind of samples;
