Imaje launches two new inkjet printers

A few days ago, Imaje launched a new large-character inkjet printer, the Imax 4020, which is suitable for labeling on secondary packaging. The 4020 is a new DOD large character printer between the Crayon Plus and 4040 high resolution printers. The Crayon Plus's friendly operation interface is integrated, and the printing capability, flexibility, and ease of installation and connection are enhanced.

The 4020 can control up to four printheads and simultaneously print multiple lines of text on the top, bottom and side of the carton. The print height is 8 to 64 mm and it can print a variety of characters (more than 22,000 Unicode characters). The distance between the nozzle and the surface of the object to be sprayed can be up to 20 mm. In addition to the easy-to-use features of the Crayon Plus, the Imax 4020 has greater print capabilities and easier installation connections.

In addition, its 9000 series of small character inkjet printer family also added a new member - Imam 9040, for a single product and primary packaging on the logo. The Imaje 9040 is the top product in the Imax small character printer. Easy to integrate on any production line, with multiple applications, with 3 different print resolutions, multiple ink options and spare parts that can be quickly connected and disconnected.

A variety of standard printing parameters, can print up to 4 lines of text, 0.7mm to 18.2mm in a variety of character height series, can print a variety of labels including datamatrix code. Easy to integrate Imaje 9020 and Imaje 9030. Intuitive operation icons, an interface to the consumables status, and internal automatic nozzle cleaning ensure trouble-free switching.
