Refrigerator centrifuge maintenance and safety precautions

Remove the main power plug when the instrument is not used for a long time or when it is being repaired. Otherwise, the instrument will be electrified, especially safety accidents are likely to occur during maintenance.
In order to protect the refrigeration compressor, the interval between power off and power on must be greater than 3 minutes, otherwise the compressor will be damaged.
When the rotor is not in use, it should be taken out of the centrifugal cavity, cleaned and wiped dry with neutral washing liquid in time to prevent chemical corrosion, and stored in a dry and ventilated place. It is not allowed to scrub the rotor with non-neutral detergent, and it is not allowed to blow (dry) the rotor with electric hot air. The center hole of the rotor should be coated with a little grease.
When using the centrifuge rotor, make sure that the set rotor number is correct. If the rotor number is set incorrectly. Will cause the rotor to be used at overspeed or fail to achieve the required centrifugal effect. In particular, the malignant accidents that may cause the rotor to burst when used at overspeed must not be negligent.
In order to ensure the freezing effect, when the ambient temperature is higher than 30 ℃, the rotor and the centrifugal cavity should be pre-cooled, and the rotor should also be operated at a reduced speed of 15%.
Centrifuge tubes should be updated regularly, and the use of centrifuge tubes on the verge of rupture is strictly prohibited.
Polypropylene (PP) centrifuge tubes (bottles) cannot be used in contact with concentrated nitric acid (95%), aqua regia, toluene, benzene, gasoline, kerosene, ether, etc. Polycarbonate (PC) centrifuge tubes (bottles) cannot be used with hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid (30%, 50%), sulfuric acid (10%), nitric acid and nitric acid (95%), aqua regia, potassium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, Contact with ammonia hydroxide, aluminum fluoride, ammonium sulfide, ammonium acetate, ammonium carbonate, sodium nitrate, chromic acid (50%), toluene, benzene, gasoline, acetaldehyde, acetone, ethanol, isobutanol, ether, cresol, etc. use. Polyethylene (PE) centrifuge tubes (bottles) cannot be used in contact with sulfuric acid (50%, 75%), benzene, gasoline, kerosene, ether, etc.
Before each use, pay attention to check the rotor for corrosion points and fine cracks. It is forbidden to use corroded or cracked rotors, and use rotors that exceed the shelf life to ensure personal safety.
After the centrifugation is completed, wipe the moisture in the centrifugal cavity, and apply a little neutral lubricating grease to the cone surface of the motor shaft every week to prevent the corrosion of the rotating shaft. If the centrifuge is not used for a long time, the rotor should be taken out, wiped clean and placed in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
