MC nylon is an abbreviation of monomer cast nylon. Its product has superior physical and chemical properties, a wide range of product applications, large input-output ratio, and obvious technical and economic benefits. MC nylon is also one of the five major engineering plastic products that China vigorously advocates for development. 1, the performance of MC nylon

MC nylon product is a kind of high molecular organic compound, its molecular weight is 3.5 to 70,000, which is 1 times higher than that of general nylon (2 to 30,000). Therefore, the physical and mechanical properties are all higher than those of ordinary nylon, and are prominently manifested in the following aspects: .

(1) Physical properties. The water absorbency of MC nylon is lower than that of nylon, which is about 0.9%, while that of nylon is generally about 1.9%, so the dimensional stability is good.

(2) Mechanical properties. The hardness of MC nylon is higher than that of general thermoplastics, the Brinell hardness is about 21kg/cm2, the tensile strength is more than 900kg/cm2, and the bending strength, compressive strength and impact resistance are higher than most thermoplastics. The rigidity of MC nylon is also outstanding, tensile strength modulus up to 3.6 × 104kg/cm2, bending elastic modulus up to 4.2 × 104kg/cm2 (at room temperature). The friction and wear properties are good. Compared with copper and Baoshi alloys, the test machine has better self-lubricating properties. Dry friction, the friction coefficient is stable, thermal performance under the load of 4.6kg/cm2, MC nylon heat distortion temperature 150 °C ~ 190 °C, Massimo heat resistance at about 55 °C, more than most of the engineering plastics.

From the physical properties of MC nylon, it can be seen that MC nylon is a type of special engineering plastic that can be used in many harsh working environments, especially mining machinery and agricultural machinery. Seal ring products include various cylinder seal rings and dust jackets, large water pump seal rings, etc. In the manufacturing process, the products corresponding to different working environments are modified, such as bushings, through modification, increasing their self-lubrication performance and wear resistance, greatly increasing service life, and saving maintenance costs for users. And maintenance time. For shock-absorbing block products, it focuses on improving its toughness and impact resistance, and can maintain high stability and long service life in harsh working environments.
