When the wall-mounted air conditioner is selected, the width of the return air passage can be reduced, and the width of the other return air passages can be made 0.1 m at the minimum. In this way, the design of the clean room can make the most of the building space. 2. Air circulation mode The airflow is sent to the static pressure box by the wind, enters the clean room through the high-efficiency filter, and then enters the return air passage from the return air primary filter, part of the return air flow and the fresh air coming in from the fresh air primary filter. The medium-efficiency filter enters the fan chamber, and another part of the return air flow directly enters the air inlet of the air conditioner. After the air is cooled, it enters the fan chamber through the shroud and the cold air duct. After the two parts of the flow are mixed in the fan chamber, they are sent to the static pressure box through the intermediate effect filter on the wind chassis, and then enter the clean room through the high efficiency filter to form the air circulation system. From the circulation of the gas stream, it is known that a very good three-stage filtration state has been formed. Therefore, the air quality of the clean room is reliably guaranteed. On this basis, the structure and layout of the high-efficiency filter air supply port can be adjusted, and the corresponding air volume can be used to determine the clean form and cleanliness of the clean room to meet different needs.
