Testing and setting of gravure plate parameters

In order to achieve the fission (wrinkle) effect of screen printing 250 by gravure printing, it is necessary to test the gravure plate making parameters.

Test 1: Test of the shape of the cell

Intaglio printing was performed using two engraving processes, electronic engraving and laser engraving, to test the fission (wrinkle) printing effect of gravures of different cell shapes, and to compare with the effect of screen printing fission (wrinkle) to finally determine the gravure plate making process and the cell shape. Test 2: Test of cell depth

The printing depth of the 35μm, 40μm, 45μm, 50μm, 55μm cell is tested, and compared with the fission (wrinkle) effect of the screen printing 250, the depth of the cell closest to the effect is selected, and the intaglio is made after fine adjustment.
