Sealing system

The Hanagata Z-Series automatic L-sealer can be integrated with the Vision series shrink channels to achieve a speed of 40 packages per minute. The intermittent operation of the L-sealer has a compact design and produces a fully sealed, heat-shrinkable plastic package. The sealer has a unique quick product change that is adjusted by the crank handle. It is easy to use, user-friendly panel for text control, can store up to 10 different product parameters. A pinch roller pushes the shrink film in front of the sealing strip, thereby solving the problem of film breakage and avoiding downtime. The highest point of the adjustable seal is located in the center of the seal, thus enhancing the appearance of the product and accelerating the speed. The sealing device is a knife shape and can be continuously sealed. Its application range includes video tapes, printed materials, combination boxes and various retail packaging. There are two models of this machine that can meet the different needs of a variety of product sizes.
