If it is a Wiro book, bleeding on all four sides is required. Generally 2 to 3 mm. If the bleeding is not enough at the printing company, it will be very troublesome to change it again. For the same reason, the corner line and page information must also be 3 mm away. 3. In order to make proofing and printing easy to register, the black line K100 cannot be penetrated; when the black bitmap is placed on the background color, it must be colored with a non-hollow black; the false shadow uses a single K color, and the large area black block should be added C40% , M10%; back to the bottom to make it smooth and natural, without revealing white; and if you use spot colors, please choose through. Otherwise it will cause yin and yang. When spot colors are used, we all recommend using a little edging. If you do n’t know the company ’s standards, you can ask the printing company for help. 4. When making documents, especially boxes and Wiro books, we often use beer lines. Because products that do not need to be bound still have to be made in the end, the corresponding beer line file must be used to make a file-like knife mold for cutting or folding. Like a box, there are folding and cutting positions. We require the broken position to be a dashed line, and the cut position to be a strength. All beer line documents must be made into spot color overprint. Because the beer line is not exported. 5. When outputting problems, you must pay attention not to have low images and fonts to be fully embedded, you can also change the line. But the transfer is not conducive to the later revision of the file. 6. Provide documents to the printing company, you can provide the final PDF file, you can also provide format files. If it is a PDF file, please make sure it is an OK file. The layout file must provide the printing company with the pictures and fonts used. 7. The printing company will ask you to provide a set of samples that can be used for proofreading. Please make sure that this sample is consistent with your final document. At the same time, the printing company is also requested to provide a final set of blue paper. (That is, the blue paper output from the back end), be sure to check carefully. Even if you give a printing company a PDF, there is a risk of errors under different systems. Hardcover: Hardcover books are generally made of string glue. But there are more and more complicated post-processing techniques in hardcover. For example, hardcover writings are shell faces. The practice of the shell surface is generally to remove the normal cover, and add an additional 15MM of edging on all sides, and the shell surface must be larger than the book meat. See the requirements of each book for details. 5. Ventilated glue: According to the principle of incompatibility between oil and water, when we glue, we should always avoid the ink on the glue. If there is ink, we must cover it with a white block when finishing the document (this Generally, it will be processed in the printing company, without the designer's own processing). But there is no need to worry about this problem with vented plastic. After the book string is finished, it will be polished on the spine with a special machine to make the spine a little bit worn, so that the glue will be directly applied to the white paper instead of the ink. Generally, the plastic binding books are paperbacks, and the biggest difference between the paperback and hardcover books is the problem of the cover and the shell. The standards of each printing company will be different. Please inquire the corresponding company. There is also a common Wiro book binding. When we are making documents, under normal circumstances, except for the edge of the spine, the other three sides must bleed 3 mm, but the Wiro book requires bleeding on all four sides because it has no spine and is cut on all four sides. Then use a special mold to make a small hole in the serial port of the book spine, and then use a specified material to make a loop through the ring. There is another kind of book, called board paper book, which is not much different from normal documents when it is made. The main difference is in the printing and binding process.
