(a), materials and specifications:

(1) Embedded parts: According to the height of the fence column, the wind resistance coefficient and the mechanics principle, the size and structure are designed and welded firmly.

(2) Frames: All are made of high-quality natural steel pipes, ensuring no rust within five years.

(3) Mesh: The inner layer of the cable uses a high-quality galvanized iron wire with a diameter of 2.1mm, and the outer layer is wrapped with a non-bleached PVC plastic layer. The outer diameter is 3.6mm. It is beautiful, rust-proof, mildew proof, waterproof, tough, UV resistant, all-weather, High plasticity. The mesh will not rust for five years.

(4) Paint: Special paint for special steel pipe is used as primer, top coat is made of Guangzhou famous brand “Wuyang” or “TV Tower” professional dark green enamel, and the top coat is sprayed in two layers to ensure that the paint does not crack within five years. No paint, no fading, no rust.

(II) Construction Technology:

(1) Prefabricated iron production and installation:

According to the design requirements for the preparation of embedded iron, steel plate length 200mm x width 200mm x thickness 10mm, the foot is Ø18mm steel 600mmx4 roots, made into a 300mm high S type, welded solid corners in the steel plate to form a fence embedded iron. The size of the embedded pedestal (pre-pit) is 400x400x400mm, and the embedded parts are strictly placed on the same horizontal line according to the design. The poured C25 cement concrete is fixed in the pedestal.

(2) Seine Frame:

The fence column adopts ~76mm diameter, thickness 2.5mm natural color steel pipe, column height 4m, fence beam adopts ~60mm, thickness 2.5mm natural color steel pipe. The upper and lower equidistant positions between the columns are welded and framed by two crossbeam steel pipes. The fence frame is welded firmly, and the welding joints need to be polished smooth, vertical columns and horizontal tubes. (3) Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the column steel pipe to make the primer adhere more firmly.

(4) Paint: Special paint for special net steel pipe is used as primer, and two layers of dark green paint are sprayed. The paint process adopts the spraying method. Firstly, remove the rust on the surface of the steel pipe and the flat iron, clean it, and then spray a layer of rust-proof primer (thick and uniform) and a second layer of high-grade color paint. After the construction of the fence, complete the inspection and repair. Flower and broken parts of paint and other defects;

(5) Pull the net: Install the plastic wrap and use the special tool to tighten, then use the flat iron bar (20mm x 2mm) to put it in the net slot and fix it on the inner side of the fence frame with the screw at a distance of 300-500mm to make the fence The structure is simple and the style is unique. The plastic net is connected with a braided cable.
