Preliminary study on the identification of some cephalosporins by portable Raman spectrometer
Investigate the ability of the portable Raman spectrometer to recognize the main components of some cephalosporin drugs. The TruScan portable Raman spectrometer was used to establish a part of the cephalosporin reference library, and the Raman spectrum of the corresponding preparation was measured, and the identification was performed through the comparison of the spectra. The results show that the measured drug reference substance has a good peak shape and strong fingerprint, which can be accurately distinguished; the use of the reference library to identify the main components in the preparation, supplemented by the full spectrum identification of the preparation, can accurately identify the corresponding preparation. The portable Raman spectrometer is expected to become an effective identification method in the daily supervision of medicines due to its obvious advantages such as fast detection speed, high accuracy, easy to use, no sample preparation and automatic data processing identification.
