These surface decoration processes bring more upscale and exquisite visual effects to the cover of books and books, but they can also cause problems such as image color shift. As we all know, film can increase the color brightness and contrast, that is, prone to color cast, generally have to pay attention to the following points:

1. The new national standard defines black, magenta, cyan, and yellow coating films with a color difference of ≤ 3.0, covering a sub-film of black ≤ 10.0, magenta, cyan, and yellow-covered matt films of ≤ 7.0.

2. Whether it is a light-coated film or a sub-film, the color does vary greatly. In particular, the change in the sub-film will be more pronounced, the contrast of the color effect will decrease, and the saturation will decrease, which means that it will not look very dark and beautiful. Because the brand and quality of the laminating film are not the same, it is best to have an ideal condition in which some samples of the upper and lower limits of chromatic aberration are best taken to cover the film, then observe the changes, and then judge and adjust the color effect to find the ideal one. The state of the film is covered, and then the standard sample (uncoated) is checked out. This can ensure the effect of the film when shipped with large quantities. If there is no laminating machine, only some of the engineering tapes can be affixed to them, and the effect can be roughly seen. Of course, this can only be a little reference, and the final effect still depends on the material of the final film.

3. We usually paste transparent tape to simulate it. The coating is mainly specular reflection. The color saturation is high. There is a slight difference in hue.

4. I was most impressed by the dumb film because I actually measured it again and again. In general, if the matte film is covered, the entire color will be reddish, and the color saturation will drop to 90%. Moreover, the darker levels of fineness will also be lost.
