The job of linking the book block and the book case is called a shell. This work can be done manually or by machine.

First brush the glue in the book slot, and then put it on the book block so that the book slot and the ridge of the book block are firmly bonded. There is a book slot at the front and rear cover of the hard-covered hardcover book and the connection between the back and the back. The function is to protect the book block from deformation, beautiful appearance and easy to read. There are many hardbound binding processes, and the process is complicated. When manual operations are performed, there are many operators, the binding speed is slow, and the efficiency is low. At present, the hard-bound binding automatic line can be used to continuously and automatically process the water-blocked or glue-bound book blocks, and the final product output will greatly speed up the binding speed and improve the work efficiency. The automatic line can complete the book core supply, book block flattening, brushing and drying, book block pressing, three-side cutting, book block rolling, spine, book block brush glued gauze, sticky cardboard and plug cloth, and book cover , pressure groove molding, book output and a complete set of hardbound binding work. The domestic JZX-01 hardcover bookbinding automatic line can bind books with a thickness of 6 to 75 mm and a format of 64 to 16 copies, and the binding speed is 18 to 36 copies per minute.
