1. The product to be constructed must be straight. It is necessary to deal with uneven paper with "leaf edge" and "tight edge" phenomenon. “Ruffled” paper can be baked, and “tight” paper can be hanged.


2. Be sure to wait for the blot to dry before you can cover the film, otherwise it will cause foaming or pulling.


3. Spray as little as possible during printing, otherwise it will cause emptying and foaming at the pile. The powder should be removed before the film is coated. If the number of prints is large, the powder can be hanged and dried, and the number of prints can be manually wiped.


4. When paying the film, pay attention to the direction of the paper thread, especially the thick paper, to reduce the curling of the paper due to the rolling and stretching.


There is also: the temperature is generally controlled to 40 ~ 60 ° C. Too high a temperature will deform the paper and film, causing the product to curl, but it should not be too low, otherwise it will cause insufficient viscosity. The coated paper temperature should be slightly lower than the offset paper.
