The printing press is a collective, although the division of labor is different, but the goal is only one: is to produce high-quality products. Everyone is united and should work together when problems arise. Practice has proved that the products produced by a united collective are high quality and their consumption is the lowest. Every time when it comes to problems that are more difficult to solve, everyone should sit together and calm down to find solutions to the problems.

For example, a company has received a production order for packaging film, and the advanced experience of its peers has continuously improved the technical quality of operators. The operator must carefully understand the function of each unit and every part of the printing press in normal printing. Each adjustment part is adjusted when there is a problem, and the adjustment effect of each part of the machine is fully understood during the operation. Only in the event of a problem can we find and solve problems quickly and accurately. The operator must be a thoughtful person, especially when he is at work, and when he encounters problems that he cannot solve, he must observe how others are resolved and turn it into his own experience. At the same time, everyone on the press conference realized that they would encounter many difficulties in printing. Because of the limitation of machine color number, only six-color printing can be performed. The difficulty is mainly in the spot color version. There are two hundred percent color bars on the upper and lower sides, and there are hollow fine prints on the color bars. In the middle of the two color bars, there is a 40% shallow screen. After the printing machine is really difficult, because shallow screen printing needs the distance between the blade of the squeegee blade and the back blade to be properly widened, and the wide-opened sub-districts are printed with stencils of ink and light white. More points, after repeated adjustments to the knife's angle, height, ink viscosity, and finally to solve the problem faster. When such problems are encountered later, the staff will be able to overcome these problems quickly.

According to different seasons, changes in temperature and humidity, the use of solvents with different volatilization rates is also an important prerequisite for ensuring consistent product quality. Due to the relatively low indoor temperature and relatively low humidity in the autumn and winter seasons, there are patterns of electrostatic inking in the prints. After several experiments, the problems have not been well resolved, including the addition of static elimination agents to the ink. Through countless trials, we finally found a way to solve the problem. In the presence of ink, a small amount of alcohol was properly added to the ink, and the ink flower disappeared immediately. In addition, if the phenomenon of stencil printing occurs during the printing process, adding a small amount of alcohol to the ink is also effective.

Through continuous work practices, the author realized that in the field of gravure printing and packaging, there is no end to learning. Every day, there is new knowledge that one needs to learn, and there are endless things to learn because it involves physics, chemistry, and gravure printing. The knowledge of electronics and other disciplines requires us to continue to learn and continue to charge in order to be able to perform our tasks and to make our work better.

Constantly summarizing quality management issues and continuously improving quality management

High-quality products are the fundamental guarantee for the company's survival. With increasingly fierce market competition, it is essential to establish a complete quality management system. First of all, the company should have a system of importing books, that is, every new product must be written into the manuscript before the plate is made. The participants are mainly the technical personnel of the relevant departments, mainly in terms of design manuscripts, material combinations, typesetting order, quotations, etc. Deliberation, for some issues affecting the printing of the proposed customer to modify the material portfolio is reasonable, if there is a problem to the customer beforehand, after the deliberation and then proceed to the plate. After the introduction of the draft, the advantages will be very obvious, which can reduce the company and customers a lot of unnecessary losses.

When the printing plate arrives at the workshop, the shop must establish a file for the product. The file content includes the customer's sample and printing proofs. The printing conditions at that time included ink viscosity, proportion, ink type, ink scraping sample, and angle of the squeegee. The drying box temperature, Ep, ~J pressure, tension of the take-up reel, etc. all need to be recorded. The above data are all raw data. When printing, adjust according to the original data. Each batch of production personnel in the workshop should fill in a quality report form, including the above data records. The quality of the printing of each film should be carefully checked by the captain, and the sample should be filled out and collected. The ink adjuster should measure the viscosity of the ink every 30 minutes. Adjust and record the data in the ink viscosity record card. After the printing of this batch of products is completed, all data are saved by the quality manager to analyze the problem when there is a problem. For each roll of printed products, first the press has to fill in the quality tracking card to confirm the number of such films. For the problem points, please write clearly the position and quantity, fill in the film after the completion, and transfer to the next process. The machine is checked according to the conditions filled in by the printing machine's quality card. According to the situation, the problem point is either deleted or clipped and recorded on the multi-function machine quality tracking card, indicating the location and number of problem points. Finally, it is passed to the slitting machine. The slitting machine checks the quality card filled in with printing and compounding. The problem product is removed in time when the slitting machine is cut. The final slitting machine leader signs the problem on the printing and compound quality card. Removed, the finished film must be numbered according to the number of the printing and compound tracking card. If there is a customer complaint, which class and film product can be detected in time, these measures have played a very important role in further improving the responsibility of the operator. Good effect.

The establishment of a rigorous quality management system is also a process in which the company's employees never adapt to adapt, never understand, and understand until they finally feel that it is indispensable. Only by letting everyone realize that quality is a major issue that concerns the fate of the company, the company and the individual are a whole, and the interests of the company are also the interests of the individual, so that the employees can better be put into production. Through practice, it has been proved that strict quality management not only does not cause trouble for operators, but also brings convenience. Before each edition, operators adjust the ink according to the squeegee type of product files and adjust the scale quickly. Minimize the consumption, but also reduce the waste of manpower and material resources. Strict quality management, from the quality of several people concerned, to everyone care about quality, strict management system to mobilize everyone's enthusiasm, each responsible for their own, but also reduce the burden on the managers.

The quality of a good product, the quality of raw materials, and the professionalism of the plate making manufacturers that directly affect quality are also a key issue. Our experience is that we must have a fixed supplier of raw materials, mainly inks, adhesives, and films. To have a fixed and good platemaking factory, these are the key to ensure product quality.

Perform normal maintenance of the equipment so that the equipment is in a good working environment

The machinery and equipment in the author's factory had been operating normally for 8 years without major machine malfunctions. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the workshop developed a complete set of equipment maintenance inspection system. Each machine has a more comprehensive list of equipment maintenance inspection records. There are items that must be checked every day for fueling, items that must be checked for fuel every week, items that must be checked every month for fueling, items that are subject to annual oil change, and personnel who are responsible for recording.
