Currently more popular design software: photoshop, pagemaker, coredraw, illustrator, etc. all support PS printing. The s2, ps2, and ps files generated by some Founder software such as Founder, Verizon, and Feiteng can only be output using pspnt, and other output systems do not support it. There are other word processing softwares such as word, wps2000, etc. Theoretically, ps files can be generated in the same way, and the film can be output. However, in fact, the prepress output must be processed such as imposition, registration lines, and cutting lines. , And word, wps2000 and other software can be said to be powerless in this regard, especially the color draft, once it is done, go to the post-processing, will bring great difficulties to the prepress output workers. Therefore, try to use pagemaker and a series of professional design and layout software.

2, on the picture format, accuracy.

Modern offset printing uses offset printing (four-color overprinting), which divides the picture into four colors: green (C), product (M), yellow (Y), and black (B) four-color dots, and then tanned. PS version, after four offset printing presses, is a colorful printed product. Therefore, the print image is different from the usual computer display image, and the image must be converted to the CMYK mode, and the RGB mode or other modes cannot be used. Because the output is to convert the picture to dot, which is the precision: dpi, the printing image with a theoretical minimum precision to reach 300dpi / pixel / inch, so the picture you usually use can not be based on the display, not because the picture was acdsee or Other softwares are very beautiful, and after zooming in, they are considered very good for printing. They must be opened by photoshop, and the image size should be used to confirm its true accuracy. For example: If the resolution of an image is 600*600 dpi/pixel/inch, then its current size can be enlarged to more than double. If the resolution is 300*300dpi, then it can only be reduced or larger and cannot be enlarged. If the picture resolution is 72*72dpi/pixel/inch, you must reduce the size (dpi accuracy will become larger) until the resolution becomes 300*300dpi. (When using this function, set "Redefine pixel" in the image size option in photoshop to none.)

3, on the color of the picture

With regard to some technical terms such as overprinting, overprinting, hollowing out, and spot colors on printing, we can refer to some of the relevant printing basics, which I will not explain here one by one. Just say some common sense that must be noted. The first is the hollow problem. For example, if a blue line is pressed on a red bottom plate, then the blue word on the red plate of the film must be empty. On the contrary, the blue version is also the same. The second is the overprint problem. For example, if there is a line of black on a red board, the black text should not be hollowed out in the red version of the film. The second is the four-color word problem. This is a more common problem. Before you go out, you must check the black letters in the publication document, especially the small words. It is not only on the blackboard, but it should not appear on other tri-colors. If this is the case, the quality of the printed product will be discounted. When the RGB graphics are converted to CMYK graphics, the black text will become 100% black. It must be processed before the film can be output.

4, on the output of the hanging network accuracy.

Hanging net accuracy is generally referred to as hanging nets. The higher the precision of the netting, the finer the printed products, but it has a greater relationship with paper and ink. If you print a picture with a high mesh size on a general newsprint (newspaper), then the picture will not only become more exquisite, but will become a mess (miserable), so you must know about your print before exporting. What is the printing paper, and then determine the accuracy of the hanging net. General common paper and hanging mesh accuracy: imported coated paper or stickers, etc.: 175-200 lines imported offset paper, etc.: 150-175 lines of ordinary offset paper, etc.: 133-150 lines of newsprint: 100-120 lines to By analogy, the poorer the quality of the paper, the lower the hanging net, and vice versa.

Third, check whether the text in the publication is a four-color word. If yes, change it to monochrome 100% black.
Fourth, if using pagemaker, WISE, Founder Edition, Illustrator, must link its picture file and the original file to be copied.
5. The photoshop file is preferably a psd (unconsolidated layer) file for easy modification.
Sixth, the font is best to use common fonts, such as Founder, Wending. Try not to use rare fonts. If used, coreldraw and Illustrator first convert the text to outline, which avoids the problem that the output center cannot output without such a font. If you have a make-up file, you must copy the make-up file.
7. Explicitly report the finished product size, printing capacity, printing paper, etc. of the output center to facilitate the imposition and hanging the net. If the contents of the two pages are the same, but the black text is different (frequently encountered), then only the output is required. One page of CMYK four colors, and the second page of K color can be, so as not to waste, but also save money. If there are only two colors (such as red and black) and the printing requirement is not high, it is only necessary to output it in one color version at the same time, and it does not need to be divided into two.
