Vacuum aluminum plating transfer paper is a kind of green and environmental protection packaging material combining aluminum and paper. It has the advantages of bright color, strong metal feeling, elegant and elegant printing quality, environmental protection, anti-counterfeiting, low cost, etc. It is compared with aluminum foil composite paper and PET composite paper. Production process characteristics
The vacuum aluminum plating transfer paper production process has the following characteristics:

(1) Using the transfer process, the paper surface has a strong metallic texture. Due to the full use of the flatness of the PET film, the surface of the paper is smooth, bright and uniform in color;

(2) The printing adaptability of the product is widely stable and can be used for gravure printing, offset printing and UV printing;

(3) Laser anti-counterfeiting gold and silver (card) paper that can produce any pattern and text;

(4) Gold and silver paperboards can be produced from 100g/m2 to 450g/m2 white card art paper, gray white board paper, and cow card paper;

(5) The thickness of the aluminum layer of gold-silver (card) paper is only 0.02μm-0.04μm (200 angstroms-400 angstroms), which is in line with international environmental protection requirements and is easy to recycle recycled paper;

(6) The base film (PET) used for transfer paper can be used repeatedly to reduce costs and save resources;

Olfactory vision characteristics
The raw and auxiliary materials of vacuum aluminum-plated transfer paper are odorless and non-toxic, and meet the requirements of food hygiene; since aluminum is sprayed on PET film and subsequently compounded onto paper, the surface finish is high and the smoothness is good. Strong texture, bright color, beautiful appearance, strong visual sense.

Environmental characteristics
In composite materials, when one of the materials costs more than 95%, it can be classified as a single material. The thickness of the aluminum layer of the vacuum aluminum-plated transfer paper is very thin, ranging from 0.02 μm to 0.04 μm (200 angstroms to 400 angstroms), and is known as a single-material paperboard with barrier properties. The cardboard waste is easily degraded, and it is oxidized and decomposed in a short time, so that no pollution is caused to the natural environment.

Security features
The whole surface of the laser holographic transfer paper is provided with holographic anti-counterfeit characters and patterns, which are unmatched by the use of anti-counterfeiting and security anti-counterfeiting. At the same time, due to the large number of areas involved in science and technology, complicated processes and high technical content, the difficulty of counterfeiting has been greatly increased. In general, there are few counterfeits.

Energy-saving and regeneration features
The aluminum foil thickness of the aluminum foil composite paper is 6.5 μm-7 μm, while the thickness of the aluminum layer of the vacuum aluminum plating transfer paper is only 1/200 of the thickness of the aluminum foil, which greatly saves the aluminum resources, that is, saves energy.

Aluminum foil composite paper and PET composite paper can not be recycled and used. From the perspective of reducing the waste of raw materials, it has become a fatal flaw in the long-term development of the above products. The vacuum aluminum plating transfer paper is easy to recycle and use, saving resources and energy.
