When the buzzer sounds, the instrument starts self-checking. After the 5 digits of the data display window display the numbers "99999-00000" in turn, it displays "SFY-2" . Then "0.000" is displayed, and the temperature display window displays the initial value. 2.1.4 The preheating method of the moisture analyzer must be preheated for 30 minutes before use. If the ambient temperature is low, it needs to be preheated for one hour. The data measured after preheating is true and valid. 2.1.5 Calibration of measurement accuracy. The instrument has been calibrated before leaving the factory. However, it is recommended that users use the oven method to calibrate the instrument when they use the instrument for the first time, or if they suspect that the results are in error and if the measurement object is a new variety. Set the middle setting switch to the set position according to the adjustment instruction on the back of the small door. At this time, the setting indicator on the instrument panel lights. Then turn the setting knob to set a new temperature value (the heating temperature is set to 130 ° C when the instrument leaves the factory). Turn the switch back, and the normal indicator lights up. When measuring, if the actual temperature value does not reach the control temperature value, slowly turn the fine adjustment knob to calibrate. After adjustment, press the small door to close. If not, turn the fine-tuning knob and wait until it is reached) 2.2.3 Connect printer and computer settings After the instrument is powered on, the initial state is the printer-accessible mode. At this time, the optional printer can be connected. After measuring the moisture, press the "Print" key to print the moisture value. The instrument is not in the test moisture state. If it is connected to a computer, press the "Display" key continuously until the "P 1" status is displayed, then press the "↓" key to make the instrument display "P 0". In this mode, the printer cannot be connected. When choosing to connect with a computer, the instrument will continuously send 6 bytes of ASCLL code data under the condition of measuring moisture. The first byte is the leading data "Y", and the last five bytes are high → low moisture value.
