Aries Packaging, France launches new generation cartoner

Aries Packaging is a French company that specializes in the manufacture of complete packaging lines. The company introduced to the market a new generation of flexible packaging and product packaging lines developed by the company. This new production packaging line includes a new generation ARIFORM 603 product packaging machine, a dispenser, and an ARITRAY boxing automation unit. The production packaging line was exhibited at the Interpack held in Düsseldorf, Germany from April 21st to 27th, 2005.

The difference of the new generation ARIFORM 603 product packaging machine lies in the fact that the packaging warehouse is enlarged, the size of many mechanical components is greatly reduced, and the left and right sides can be independently adjusted. The new generation of packaging production line has a very good ergonomics performance, mechanical configuration is good, and the operator can perform convenient operations on the machine.

The Packing Machine with automatic machine adopts dynamic component facilities and gradual deceleration devices to ensure the protection of products during the packaging process. The entire machine has a packaging speed of 40 boxes per minute. The box was sent to the conveyor belt by a four-axis FANUC M-420iA robot.

Aries Packaging designed an intelligent production line off-line product collection device. All packaging machines produced by the company can be equipped with a number of integrated or split peripherals, including batteries, accumulating devices, dispensing devices, conveyors, mixing devices, stacking devices, and the like. These devices are combined with the servo system, starting with the filling machine's exit and performing complete management of the production line's off-line products.
